On Sunday, 13th July 2025, 17 passionate runners came together in the heart of Central London to support the mission of Help Smile Trust by participating in the Saucony 10K Run.
Among the dedicated participants were the trustees of Help Smile Trust — Mr. Shailesh Vadodaria, Mrs. Bela Vadodaria, Mr. Rajeev Subhedar, and Mrs. Mohini Subhedar. They were joined by runners including Prerna Mittal, Yash Gupta, Rhea Gupta, Nicola Ann Neill, Isabella Mary Whitley Neill, all of whom ran with great enthusiasm and spirit.
Also supporting the cause were Mr. Saumil Vadodaria, Mr. Rishi Vadodaria, Mr. Adhitya Srinivasan, Ms. Lauren Lawrence, Mrs. Manisha Patel, and Mr. Abdullah Mohammad, each contributing not only their time and energy but also raising essential funds to support Help Smile Trust’s ongoing objectives.
Two highly respected senior plastic surgeons, Mr. Jeyaram Srinivasan and Mr. Stefano Cotrufo, also joined the run, exemplifying true professional commitment and solidarity with the mission.
We are incredibly proud of our youngest runners, Rhea Gupta and Yash Gupta, who are going beyond the 10K run to make a meaningful difference. Through their innovative initiative called “Bright Future”, they are working to support and empower young girls in underprivileged parts of India.
Their vision is simple yet powerful — to help create a future where every girl, regardless of her background, has access to education, opportunity, and dignity.

A Decade of Dedication
Help Smile Trust has proudly participated in this annual 10K run for the past eight years. Each year, our run represents far more than a fitness challenge — it becomes a symbol of our shared purpose and quiet promise: to uplift the lives of those in underprivileged parts of the world.
This event is not driven by corporate sponsors or marketing firms, but by a small circle of trustees, families, friends, patients, colleagues, and dedicated supporters who believe in one simple truth: compassion in action can change lives.
From race packs to t-shirts and logistics, everything is organised personally by our community — without the need for large fundraising teams or advertising budgets. Instead, we rely on personal conversations, heartfelt encouragement, and a deeply personal connection to our cause.

Running participants Changing Lives
The cost of participation — including registration, t-shirts, and logistics — averages £100 per runner. We humbly request each participant to raise at least this amount, enabling us to direct every possible penny to the children, families, and communities we serve.
This run was more than a race.
It’s an act of solidarity.
It’s an act of love.
It’s a message to the world that we haven’t forgotten those who cannot run, those who cannot speak without surgery, or those who cannot afford even the most basic healthcare.
To all our runners, supporters, and donors — thank you for running, and most importantly, thank you for believing.
