The Help Smile Trust is passionately committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged children in underprivileged parts of the world. For over 25 years, our founder Mr. Shailesh Vadodaria and his dedicated team have carried out voluntary reconstructive surgeries across India, Madagascar , Ghana, Tanzania, and Bangladesh. These life-changing operations benefit children born with cleft lips, cleft palates, and patients with deformities following trauma or burn injuries—individuals who would otherwise go untreated.
Since 2011, trustees and supporters have been raising funds by participating in the London 10K Run—and we are thrilled to be part of it again this year on Sunday, 13th July 2025!

👨⚕️ Reconstructive plastic surgeries for children in developing countries
