During the year 2013-14, Help Smile Trust provided £1,001/- worth of direct financial assistance to AAA (Aamhi Aamahchya Arogyasathi- We for our own health). AAA – formed by a dedicated Dr.Satish Gogulwar- has a mission to create and foster community institutions as a vehicle for sustainable development.
