Direct Financial Assistance to Asha-Munich during 2015-16

During the year 2013-14, Help Smile Trust provided £650/- worth of direct financial assistance to Asha Munich for their project in Panvel & Pune, Maharashtra, India.  In Panvel the project is about RKB Shikshan Sanstha, Panvel, India.  Ramchandra Kurulkar Bahuuddesiya Shikshan Sanstha, established in 2006, is non-governmental, voluntary organization that works for the holistic development of mentally challenged and hearing impaired children in belonging to lower strata in Chiple village, Panvel, Raigad District of Maharashtra, India.  In Pune they run a project called Door Step School.  An alarming number of India’s urban poor still remain without an opportunity to receive formal education. Door Step School is an NGO with the mission to bridge this divide, using innovative programmes that will bring education to these children and help them make the transition to literacy and a brighter future.
